View all registered attendees across your conference and its side events.
The attendee list includes everyone in town for your conference—not just official ticket holders. Anyone registered for a side event appears here too, giving you a complete picture of your conference ecosystem’s true reach.
Attendee Table
The attendee table displays:

Search and Sort
- Search by name, role, company, or email
- Sort any column in ascending or descending order
- Infinite scroll loads additional attendees automatically
Privacy
Attendees control how their email appears:
- Shared: If an attendee opts to share their information, their full email is visible
- Protected: If they choose to protect their privacy, the first part of the email (before the @) is hidden, but the domain remains visible
This allows you to validate that someone works at the company they claim—for example, confirming a @google.com email—without exposing their full contact information.
Respecting attendee privacy builds trust. Only use contact information for legitimate conference-related communications.
Exporting Attendee Data
Export attendees as CSV with customizable columns:
- Name
- Role
- Company
- Registration date
Privacy preferences are respected in exports—if an attendee has chosen to protect their email, it remains partially hidden in the CSV as well.
You need the “Admin” or “Export data” permission to download exports.
Data Handling
Satellite respects attendee privacy while providing valuable insights:
- Data collected only from public registrations and opt-in sources
- Attendees can control their visibility settings
- Exports comply with data protection requirements
- No selling or sharing of attendee data with third parties

FAQ
Why can’t I see attendee emails?
Email addresses are partially hidden to protect privacy. Users who haven’t opted in to receive updates will have their emails obfuscated. Full emails are available in CSV exports if you have export permissions.
How do I export attendee data?
Select the download icon in the Attendees section header. You must have the “Admin” or “Export data” permission.
