The conference management dashboard provides real-time statistics and quick access to all Satellite features.
Accessing the Dashboard
Access your conference management dashboard at:
https://se.ro/conferences/{your-conference-slug}/manageYou must be listed as an organizer with appropriate permissions to access the management dashboard.
Dashboard Metrics
The dashboard displays three key metrics for your conference:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Events | Total side events on your calendar, with week-over-week change |
| Attending | Unique attendees across all side events and the main conference |
| Connections | Social connections made between attendees |
How Metrics Are Calculated
Each metric shows:
- Current total count — The cumulative number as of now
- Percentage change — Comparison to the previous week
- Trend indicator — Up or down arrow showing direction
If there’s no change in a metric compared to the previous week, the percentage shows 0% with no trend arrow.
Connections Metric
The connections metric represents the density of social connections between your attendees—a proxy for the relationship impact your conference is having. Higher connection counts indicate attendees are actively networking and building relationships, not just passively attending events.
Connections include multiple types of attendee interactions:
- Saved contacts between attendees
- Follows between attendee accounts
- Direct messages exchanged
- Shared event attendance
- Shared chat participation
Use this metric to understand your conference’s reach beyond attendance numbers. A conference where attendees are forming lasting connections delivers more value than one where people simply show up.

- Calendar — Review and manage side events
- Attendees — View registered attendees
- Messaging — Communicate with organizers
- Team — Manage your organizing team

Why can’t I access the dashboard?
You must be listed as an organizer for the conference. Contact an existing admin to add you to the team.
Why did the weekly percentage change show 0%?
If there’s no change in the metric compared to the previous week, the percentage shows 0% with no trend arrow.
